I was to walk the first 5 miles on my own.
I was soon climbing again.
The weather was really beautiful and as always so were the views.
I caught up with the lads at Faycelles.
After some refreshment we moved on.
We stopped for lunch in the middle of nowhere, as usual within seconds out of their rucksacks appeared cheese wine salami bread and other tasty morsels.

On we went, it was beginning to get quite hot.
We passed through a car boot type sale
We had been walking for 17 miles and I have to be honest I was totally exhausted.

We were walking at a very fast pace, it was beginning to tell on me but I was determined to keep going.

At last Cajarc came into view, I have never been so pleased in my life.
Walked 19.78 miles
Climbed 2425 feet
Descended 2572 feet
Distance covered so far 159 miles
Distance to go 275 miles
Today has been a long testing day, my ribs are killing me and my left little toe has a pulse of its own.

Weather looks fine today as it was here, yesterday had a BBQ with out son and grandchildren, hope the toe holds out! Again stunning pictures looking forward to more! Xx
